Devlog 5: Second week of production


Hello and welcome to our fifth devlog!

Continuing the production!

This week we are continuing the first production sprint for our game.
A lot of work was done this week regarding the task system and the base models for our game.
Here is everything we did this week.

Art

This week our artists mostly worked on finishing the models for the different attractions and buildings of the game.
Most of the models have not yet been textured since we felt it was more important to see if the scaling and design of our
models all match with each other.  Next week these models will be all done. 
Artists also started designing the layout of the levels with the models we already have.

We also have another part of our UI done!


And as you can see we have a lot of new models including the model of our main character!


Programming

Programmers added the actor for the camera so the camera is in place for our game, created functionality for all the task/sabotage controls, 
created the whole breakdown functionality this includes calculating new chance for breakdown,
made an attraction base class that calculates new breakdown chances, player and trash pickup works , 3 attraction classes with a working control panel task and a generator task that deprives the attraction of electricity.

Next week

Next week marks the end of the first production sprint so we will finish all the tasks on our list and have the groundwork for our game!
